  • All recipient mares (Quarter Horse, Paint & App) are required to be registered with the O.H.R.C. office by November 1, 2020.

  • Must  be  in the State  Of  Oklahoma 30 days prior to foaling.

  • Registering recipient mares is no extra cost to you!

  • Recipient mares may leave the state after foaling.

  • Mares are subject to inspection.
