Due to the ongoing tornado repairs at Will Rogers Downs the license office is still closed.

All Licensing for the upcoming Quarter Horse Paint and Appaloosa Race Meeting will continue to be completed

at Fair Meadows License Office until repairs are completed at Will Rogers Downs.

The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission License office at Fair Meadows is located at
