RACING RULEBOOK INCLUDING
EMERGENCY RULE AMMENDMENTS
THAT TAKE EFFECT
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2019

Rule 325:15-5-7:  Every licensee, in order to maintain his/her qualifications for any license held by him/her, shall be familiar with and knowledgeable of the rules, including all amendments thereto.   Every licensee is presumed to know the rules.
