Proposed Amendments to Administrative Rules


The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission is proposing amendments to administrative rules.

COMMENT PERIOD:

Rules of Racing Chapters 15, 25, 35, 45, 50, 60, 70, & 75

Rules for Racetrack Gaming Chapters 80, 85, & 90  

Persons may submit written comments to Kambi Maddy at kambi.maddy@ag.ok.gov, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, P.O. Box 528804, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73152-8804 during the period beginning February 3, 2020, and ending March 9, 2020.

 PUBLIC HEARING:

A public hearing on all proposed rule amendments will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020, for Chapter(s) 15, 25, 35, 45, 50, 60, 70, & 75 in the ODAFF Board Room, located at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 

A public hearing will be held on Monday March 9, 2020 for Chapter(s) 80, 85, & 90.  Please refer to the Notice of Rule Making Intent for each rule to review the individual hearing notice(s).

 Each proposed rule amendment has a hearing scheduled as follows:        

 January 27, 2020

            Chapter 15        9:30 a.m.
            Chapter 25        9:45 a.m.
            Chapter 35        10:00 a.m.
            Chapter 45        10:15 a.m.
            Chapter 50        10:30 a.m.
            Chapter 60        10:45 a.m.
            Chapter 70        11:00 a.m.
            Chapter 75        11:15 a.m.

March 9, 2020

            Chapter 80    10:15 a.m.
            Chapter 85    10:30 a.m.
            Chapter 90    10:45 a.m.

REQUESTS FOR COMMENTS FROM BUSINESS ENTITIES:

Business entities affected by these proposed rules are requested to provide the agency with information, in dollar amounts if possible, about the increase in the level of direct costs, indirect costs, or other costs expected to be incurred by the business entity due to compliance with the proposed rules. Business entities may submit this information in writing to Kambi Maddy at the address listed above during the period beginning December 16, 2019, and ending January 27, 2020 for Chapter(s) 15, 25, 35, 45, 50, 60, 70, & 75. Begining on February 3, 2020, and ending on March 9, 2020 for Chapter(s) 80, 85, & 90.
