is proposing amendments to administrative rules.

Rules of Racing Chapters 1, 15, 25, 45, 60, & 75
Persons may submit written comments to Richard Herren at richard.herren@ohrc.ok.gov, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105 during the period beginning November 15, 2024 and ending December 16, 2024.
PUBLIC HEARING:
A public hearing on all proposed rule amendments will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, for Chapter(s) 1, 15, 25, 45, 50, 60, & 75 in the ODAFF Board Room, located at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Each proposed rule amendment has a hearing scheduled as follows:
December 18, 2024
Chapter 1 Commission Powers and Jurisdiction 1:00 p.m.
Chapter 15 Licensing (15-3-4) Application for Organization License 1:15 p.m.
Chapter 15 Licensing (15-5-1) Organization License 1:30 p.m.
Chapter 25 Entries and Declarations 1:45 p.m.
Chapter 45 Prohibited Practices and Equine Testing 2:00 p.m.
Chapter 60 Running the Race 2:15 p.m.
Chapter 75 Oklahoma-Bred Program 2:30 p.m.

REQUESTS FOR COMMENTS FROM BUSINESS ENTITIES:
Business entities affected by these proposed rules are requested to provide the agency with information, in dollar amounts, if possible, about the increase in the level of direct costs, indirect costs, or other costs expected to be incurred by the business entity due to compliance with the proposed rules. Business entities may submit this information in writing to Richard Herren at richard.herren@ohrc.ok.gov , 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Ste 101, Oklahoma City, OK 73105 during the period beginning November 15, 2024, and ending December 15, 2024.
