Rules for Racetrack Gaming Chapter 85

 PUBLIC HEARING:

A public hearing on all proposed rule amendments will be held on Monday, January 5, 2021, for Chapter(s) 1, 15, 20, 35, 45, 60, 65, 70, 75, & 85 in the ODAFF Board Room, located at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Please refer to the Notice of Rule Making Intent for each rule to review the individual hearing notice(s).

 Each proposed rule amendment has a hearing scheduled as follows:        

 January 5, 2021

            Chapter 1        9:00 a.m.

            Chapter 15      9:15 a.m.

            Chapter 20      9:30 a.m.

            Chapter 35      9:45 a.m.

            Chapter 45      10:00 a.m.

            Chapter 60      10:15 a.m.

            Chapter 65      10:30 a.m.

            Chapter 70      10:45 a.m.

            Chapter 75      11:00 a.m.

            Chapter 85      11:15 a.m.

REQUESTS FOR COMMENTS FROM BUSINESS ENTITIES:

Business entities affected by these proposed rules are requested to provide the agency with information, in dollar amounts if possible, about the increase in the level of direct costs, indirect costs, or other costs expected to be incurred by the business entity due to compliance with the proposed rules. Business entities may submit this information in writing to Kambi Maddy at the address listed above during the period beginning December 2, 2020, and ending January 5, 2021 for Chapter(s) 1, 15, 20, 35, 45, 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, & 85.
