The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission

is proposing amendments to administrative rules.

Rules of Racing Chapters 1, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 50, 55, 65, 70, & 75

Persons may submit written comments to Richard Herren at rherren@ohrc.org, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105 during the period beginning December 15, 2023, and ending January 16, 2024.

 PUBLIC HEARING:

A public hearing on all proposed rule amendments will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, for Chapter(s) 1, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 60, 70, & 75 in the ODAFF Board Room, located at the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, 2800 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 

 Each proposed rule amendment has a hearing scheduled as follows:        

 January 16, 2024

            Chapter 1          1:00 p.m.

            Chapter 15        1:15 p.m.

            Chapter 20        1:30 p.m.

            Chapter 25        1:45 p.m.

            Chapter 30        2:00 p.m.

            Chapter 35        2:15 p.m.

            Chapter 40        2:30 p.m.

            Chapter 45        2:45 p.m.

            Chapter 60        3:00 p.m.

            Chapter 70        3:15 p.m.

            Chapter 75        3:30 p.m.

REQUESTS FOR COMMENTS FROM BUSINESS ENTITIES:

Business entities affected by these proposed rules are requested to provide the agency with information, in dollar amounts, if possible, about the increase in the level of direct costs, indirect costs, or other costs expected to be incurred by the business entity due to compliance with the proposed rules. Business entities may submit this information in writing to Richard Herren at the address listed above during the period beginning December 15, 2023, and ending January 16, 2024, for Chapter(s) 1, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 60, 70, & 75.
